BUSINESS HOURS:

We are open seven days a week, 365 days of the year from 7AM to 8PM.
You can also contact us at any time via email .

PAYMENT:

We accept cash or credit cards.
Payment due on day of service.
We only sale sessions of 8.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If the client fails to cancel in time, we will charge the full fee for that service. However, we do make exceptions with clients who have monthly packages that are pre paid.

We would also like to highlight that we aim to always honor our schedule in order to guarantee the best service we can. We ask our clients to have the same respect and commitment as we do. That way, we ensure punctuality and efficiency to all of our clients.

RATES AND FEE:

Private Walk fixed schedule rates – Anytime between 7AM to 8PM.

  • 15min walk: $16
  • 30min walk: $25
  • 60min walk: $35
  • Minimum of 8 walks per week

There is an additional charge per visit for:

  1. Each additional household pet per walk.
  2. Walks before 7AM or after 8PM
  3. Last minute walks
  4. Our dog walking rates are based on a regular and ongoing schedule with a 5 walk per week minimum.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Refill water bowls at the end of each walk, free of charge!
  • Give out yummy treats.
  • Give/Apply medication. Just note that the client will be held responsible for any side effects the pet may experience upon medication.
  • Clean paws after rainy walks.

  • Loving care at a comfortable home.
  • Cage free.
  • Frequent walks.

SCHEDULED WALKS:

Due to the complexity of our clients’ varying schedules and the unique challenges of maneuvering through ATL in all types of climates, we ask for a one-hour window around the time of your scheduled walk.

For instance, if your pet is scheduled for a 3pm walk, you can expect your walker to arrive sometime between 2:30pm and 3:30pm. This window helps us manage varying schedules, weather, toweling dogs off after rainy or snowy days, varying travel times between clients with pets in the same walking group, etc. We appreciate your understanding!

OFF-LEASH WALKS:

Upon client request, we are more than happy to offer off-leash walks at the park during the mornings until 9AM. However, Crate Escape Atlanta isn’t held responsible for incidents that might take place while the pet is off-leash. But no worries. We may schedule a time to get to know the pet’s limitations and measures we must adopt to ensure a 100% safe walk.

COMMUNICATIONS:

All communications regarding scheduling, instructions, cancellations, etc should be directed to Jacob Hollier, and not with the walker.

All confirmation must come from Jacob Hollier. Only his confirmation guarantees that an appointment has been booked. Messages and emails that don’t get confirmation replies aren’t considered scheduled.

ENTRANCE ACCESS DURING WALK TIME:

Upon client’s approval, Crate Escape Atlanta dog walkers will only have access to the clients’ house during the walk time. Please make sure we have written permission to access your apartment if you live in a doorman entry complex. Non-doorman residents are required to hand a set of keys for building and apartment entrance.

Please note that the dog walking time starts at the moment the walker picks up the pet and ends when the walker comes back to drop him off.

LEASHES AND COLLARS:

We work with our own personalized leashes, that we leave at the client’s house. We will provide the client with the first leash. However, if the leash is damaged or lost we will be charging an additional $20 for a replacement.

All pets are required to have a nylon quick release collar. Additionally, they are required to have an ID tag with their name attached to their collar.

Crate Escape Atlanta does not take responsibility for any damage that may occur to your dog’s leash, collar or harness while in our care.

DOG’S BEHAVIOR AND HEALTH CARE:

Crate Escape Atlanta requires that all dogs remain current with the following vaccinations: rabies, distemper, parvo, and bordatella. We will not be held responsible for any illness or ailment, which a pet may incur while in the presence of other pets at the facility or in Crate Escape Atlanta’s care for any reason.
We expect our clients to take every precaution measure to ensure the well being of their pet and other pets belonging to the Crate Escape Atlanta family.

EMERGENCY CARE:

In the event of any medical emergency, we will immediately contact the pet owner. We commit to do everything at our reach to ensure the pet’s well being. If we fail to make contact with the pet’s owner, our clients grant us the right to make any medical decision on his behalf for the care of their pet. Please note that the clients are held responsible for any veterinarian bills that may result.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND WAIVER:

By using our services you consent that you have read and agreed to our policies page, acknowledging that Crate Escape Atlanta has limitations regarding incidents that may occur. Although we take every precaution possible to ensure that all of the pets in our care are healthy and safe, the client must recognize the incidents that may take place and that we aren’t held responsible for them.
